FULL-TIME AVIATION CANINE HANDLER

A.S.P.’s Canine Explosive Dog Detection (EDD) Services is the largest private canine EDD service in Canada. We provide a global solution to local needs and an effective solution to the detection of explosives and explosive trace elements. A.S.P. is looking for a Canine Security Specialist, responsible for Canine Explosives Detection searches and sweeps of office buildings, arenas and stadiums, conference centres, airport facilities, vehicles, aircraft, and any other locations as required. Responsible for maintaining a high level of training and readiness our Canine Security Specialists handle threats and emergencies with integrity, respect, and responsibility.

 

What you will do:

 

 

Who you are:

  • Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education;
  • Eligible to work in Canada;
  • Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Office;
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and active listening skills;
  • Must Possess a valid Security licence, Ontario Drivers Licence (G or Higher) with a clear a driving abstract and Basic First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Must be willing to provide Criminal Record check upon request;
  • Security experience an asset.
